[Remote] Newly Barred Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote - Fresno,CA)

They are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to manage a docket of cases, respond to client inquiries, and provide guidance to non-attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Depositions:
• Preparing client for deposition
• Attending depositions
• Invoicing Depositions
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution
• Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Team Player:
• Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
• Participation in team events during work and after work hours
• Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients

Skills

• Candidates MUST be California State Barred and reside in the state of California
• Newly barred attorneys or attorneys who have taken the February 2026 Bar are encouraged to apply
• Managing a docket of cases to resolution

• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
• Doctors' deposition experience
