Inbound Calling - Lead Coordinator

Redwood Services is a leading home services investment platform partnering with exceptional HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies across North America. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Acquisition Lead Coordinator to support our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing pipelines, coordinating opportunities, communicating with business owners, and keeping projects moving forward. While there is a relationship-building component to the position, this is primarily a lead coordination and operations role rather than a traditional sales position. The successful candidate will help manage acquisition opportunities, coordinate communication between prospective sellers and Redwood's acquisition team, maintain accurate records in Monday.com, and generate reporting that helps drive acquisition activity across the organization.Responsibilities: Manage inbound acquisition inquiries from HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business owners interested in selling their companies. Conduct initial qualification calls using established scripts and criteria. Gather and document key business information from prospective sellers. Maintain accurate and detailed records within Monday.com. Coordinate communication between prospective sellers, Redwood leadership, and partner company stakeholders. Follow up on active opportunities to ensure timely next steps. Review older opportunities and identify leads that should be re-engaged. Assist with lead tracking, pipeline management, and acquisition reporting. Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, and reports within Monday.com. Support acquisition outreach initiatives, including business research and LinkedIn prospecting. Ensure acquisition opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline. Represent Redwood Services professionally and positively in all communications. Qualifications: Minimum Three (3) years of experience in lead coordination, project coordination, sales operations, business development support, CRM administration, recruiting coordination, or a similar role. At at least two (2) years of hands-on experience with Monday.com. Experience creating reports, dashboards, automations, and workflows within Monday.com. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business development, lead generation, or sales operations. Experience within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services industries. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable speaking with business owners and executive-level contacts. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
