With a growing portfolio of properties across the globe, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Role Overview As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations, including guest communications, housekeeping coordination, and resolving guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless property management, guest satisfaction, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest and Reservation Management + Process reservations and manage guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + Provide accurate information about properties and neighborhoods to guests + Ensure seamless communication with guests throughout their stay
  • Virtual Property Management + Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests + Arrange amenities and services for guests as needed + Monitor and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination + Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for properties + Ensure properties are clean and ready for guests + Monitor and resolve any issues related to cleaning services Success Metrics
  • Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)
  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher Essential Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
  • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Airbnb customer service
  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed Additional Skills and Qualifications
  • Tech Savvy Proficient in using technology to manage guest communications, property management, and cleaning services
  • Strong Verbal, Written, and Reading of the English Language Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extreme Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Outstanding Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent Typing Fast and accurate typing skills to manage guest communications and property management tasks
  • Creative Problem Solver Ability to think creatively and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Independent Thinker Ability to work independently, making decisions and taking initiative to resolve guest issues
  • Strong Decision-Making Skills Ability to make sound decisions, prioritizing guest needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
