Job Details The Labor & Employment Group carries a national reputation defending employers in complex litigation, administrative proceedings, and the legislative forum — representing clients across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, transportation, entertainment, and financial services. What you'll work on:

  • Wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
  • Employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation litigation
  • Government enforcement actions — DLSE, DFEH, EEOC, NLRB
  • Union/management relations — organizing campaigns, grievance arbitration, contract negotiations
  • Advice and counseling on hiring, discipline, termination, and compensation
  • Employee handbook and personnel policy drafting and revision
  • Workforce restructuring — layoffs, WARN Act compliance, mergers and acquisitions

Looking for:

  • California Bar admitted
  • Management-side labor & employment experience
  • Class action or PAGA defense background preferred
  • Open to 2nd year Associates to Of Counsel
