- Accurately input large volumes of accounts receivable data into QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger entries regularly to ensure consistency with bank statements and internal records.
- Assist with account analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume data entry within an accounting or finance setting, preferably in accounts receivable or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of QBO
- Excellent analysis skills coupled with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism via phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
