As a Customer Support Advocate, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that's passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences. Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advocate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our growing community of educators, parents, and students. You'll work closely with our Customer Success and Product/Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, improve internal processes, and advocate for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in our platform and become a subject matter expert for our customers, staying up-to-date on updates and releases
  • Utilize strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical or usage issues
  • Provide responsive live support through chats, scheduled phone calls, and email, communicating clear and concise instructions to Administrators, Teachers, and Guardians
  • Exhibit empathy towards customers and colleagues, advocating on behalf of customers to solve their issues and acting as the "voice of the customer"
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and work cross-functionally to support customers and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintain established metrics, such as closed cases, response times, while maintaining quality and high customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
  • At least 1 year of customer service or early education experience (required)
  • Exceptional written skills, attention to detail, and strong listening skills
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced and dynamic environment that evolves rapidly
  • A passion for improving the world through education
  • A plus Experience in schools/education
  • Experience providing live support to customers (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRM systems (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
