The Opportunity Demand is outpacing what our founder can handle on her own. We're generating 100–300 leads a month through our website and paid ads, and we need a sales rep who can own that pipeline end to end — turning interested women into booked calls, and booked calls into committed clients. We're a growing brand, our offer converts, and your commission is completely uncapped. As we scale ad spend, your earning ceiling rises with it. What You'll Own This is a setter + closer role — you run the full sales process so our founder can stay focused on content, generating organic leads from her over 1M followers multiplatform.

• Follow up relentlessly (but warmly). When a woman applies, she's directed to book a call. When she doesn't, that's where you come in — texting and following up to get her on the calendar.
• Book the calls. Work our inbound and ad leads to fill your own calendar with discovery calls.
• Run and close the calls. Quick 15-20min calls discussing the clients challenges with weight loss and explain how the program can get them the results they want. We want clients closing on calls, paid in full (financing offered through Klarna & Afterpay)
• Option to close over text for leads who don’t want to get on a call
• Keep leads moving through the Pipeline and ensure data is accurately updated.

Who You Are

• Experience selling online coaching programs (fitness coaching preferred)
• Someone who understands and can connect with our target audience. Women who have struggled with weight loss their entire lives and are tired of always starting over.
• Leads with empathy but can push with kindness on calls to get a sign. We want clients who are ready to invest in themselves and you have to convince them that this program is the best investment they can make.
• Self-driven. We are looking for someone who is hungry and eager to book calls using inbound leads and our expansive list of warm leads who have purchased a lower ticket product already.
• US-based. You'll be taking calls with US clients, so you must be located in the US and have a schedule that accommodates sales calls during the day (or evenings)
• Tech-comfortable. Pipedrive, Quo, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Meet. Prior experience with these is a plus; ability to learn them fast is a must.

Hours Flexible — no set schedule. You manage your own time around when your leads are most responsive and when calls get booked. We only ask that you are able to respond to the founder within a reasonable time M-F during work hours if needed.

Compensation

• 15% commission on every closed PIF, uncapped. Paid out weekly.
• Program pricing ranges from $1600-$3000 based on current offers but we are looking to increase price soon
• Additional commission opportunities for selling smaller programs
