[Remote] Clerical Assistant - Data Review

They are seeking a Data Review Specialist to review and validate data from vehicle safety inspections, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role involves analyzing documentation, handling inquiries, and maintaining quality standards in audits.

Responsibilities

• Review and document audits of Safety and Emissions Inspection data
• Analyze documentation and reports
• Handle program inquiries via audio calls, emails, and chats
• Ensure quality and compliance in scheduled audits
• Perform quality testing on new or updated technology
• Manage performance indicators and achieve response time targets
• Maintain service levels and work independently or as part of a team
• Participate in special projects and other duties as needed

Skills

• Practical understanding of quality control is an asset
• Practical experience in data review is an asset
• Excellent telephone manner, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to new information and procedures
• Work with minimal supervision within department defined procedures
• Ability to multitask, quickly adapt to latest information and procedures
• Post-secondary education preferred
