Remote School Social Worker
Role Overview Join our team at Thrive Compassionate Counseling as a Remote School Social Worker! We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support students' emotional and mental well-being in a remote school setting. This full-time position allows you to make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with various emotional and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive environments for students.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide mental health programs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
