First Party Insurance Coverage Attorney Complex Litigation | California-Licensed | Fully Remote Seeking a 5- 20+ years experienced First Party Insurance Coverage Attorney with strong experience in EUO for a well-established, regional Insurance Defense firm in California. The ideal candidate to be able to hit the ground running with a growing caseload, a positive self-starter and team player, possess exceptional record keeping and writing skills, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate communication with Fortune 500 clients. There are healthy advancement opportunities in this firm with a solid foundation to grow exponentially. Position is fully remote, may reside anywhere in the US, but must be licensed in California, additional states' licensing a plus. Duties And Requirements

  • Experience in First Party Insurance claims; Bad Faith; Fraud; Insurance Coverage analysis; Breach of Contract
  • Taken and defended depositions; Examinations Under Oath; Special Investigations
  • Must be licensed in CA
  • Fully remote, may reside anywhere in the US

Base compensation starting from DOE $160K-$200K+ DOE, (higher salary considered with more senior experience level) and full suite benefits.
