About the role We are seeking a self-motivated person to fill a full-time remote position focusing on customer service. The work is mostly handled through an online ticketing system and the type of inquiries range from processing batch order imports to assisting producers in navigating our platform to handling customer order questions. Kindness, patience, excellent customer service and attention to detail as well superb communication skills play a role in every interaction. The shifts for this role will be Tuesday to Saturday 9:30am to 6pm and close proximity to Windsor, CA to allow for in-person training and ongoing quarterly meetings is required. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a tasting room and/or other winery admin role 2 years experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously High proficiency in Excel including data review, transfer, and manipulation Skilled problem-solver and multitasker, thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, strong time-management Excellent communication skills, an aptitude for sales & dedication to customer satisfaction Patient, kind, open communicator. Willingness to participate in on-the-job training. Be willing to learn and grow from mistakes. Terms of employment Compensation $20 - $22.50 per hour DOE; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance covered at 100% for employees; 15 days PTO; 10 Paid Company Holidays per year; and a 401(k) plan.
