Onbase Platform Engineer/Admin
OnBase Platform Engineer/Admin, Remote Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in OnBase platform administration and engineering.
- Strong expertise in OnBase architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and support.
- Experience with:
- Web Servers, App Servers, Full Text & Data Capture Servers
- SSO Authentication, SSL Certificates
- Disk Group Administration & Encryption
- PAV/NextGen Servers
- OnBase Upgrades, Monitoring & Health Checks
- Multi-thread Scheduler, DIP/DRIP, Timer Services
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server & IIS Administration
- SQL Server (Clustered Environments)
- Disaster Recovery (DR) Processes
- SQL Queries and Stored Procedures
- Hands-on experience with:
- Hyland OnBase Administration & Support
- Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms Development
- Unity API Scripting (C#)
- REST APIs
- Splunk and AppDynamics Integrations
- Active OnBase System Administrator and Workflow certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize OnBase environments.
- Support platform upgrades, integrations, and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and custom solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and support enterprise content management solutions.
- Ensure system availability, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
