Our agency continues to grow and we are now looking to add a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work from home with the ability to earn additional bonuses based on performance. Position Overview As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers using agency-provided leads, scripts, and a company phone system. Your goal is not to sell insurance, but to identify interested prospects and schedule them for a quote with one of our licensed insurance professionals.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective insurance customers. Follow provided scripts and talking points. Identify interested prospects and gather basic information. Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to an agent. Maintain accurate notes and call records. Meet weekly activity and lead-generation goals. Qualifications
