Business Development Representative

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team of professionals at The Lingual Tree, Inc. In this role, you will play a critical role in outreach and developing the business. You will be responsible for prospecting and vetting new practitioners, as well as researching new schools to partner with. About us... The Lingual Tree is a Non-Public Agency (NPA) based in Los Angeles that provides special education staffing solutions for charter schools. Founded and managed by a Speech Pathologist, The Lingual Tree, Inc. is deeply committed to providing qualitative services to students while ensuring a balanced work environment where clinicians can continue to thrive professionally. Responsibilities: - Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to generate new business leads - Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth - Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities - Utilize Indeed and other hiring platforms to maintain staffing for current requirements and growth potential. Skills: - Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships - Technical sales knowledge, particularly in the staffing industry, is a plus - Proficiency in using G-Suite and Indeed for Hiring - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service - Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required Perks: - Bonus and commission opportunities - Work from home and build your own schedule - Hour and pay growth as the company builds This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about business development and enjoys building relationships with clients.
