We are looking for motivated professionals who want to develop their career within a global financial services environment. Position: Business Development Manager (Remote) Eligibility: Russian-speaking candidates from CIS countries and other regions are welcome to apply. English proficiency is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Reach out to new potential partners Acquire new IB partners and reactivate inactive partners Build and manage a partner network Negotiate commercial terms and maintain business relationships Represent the company at industry events and networking activities Collaborate with international teams across different regions
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the FX / CFD / Online Trading / Crypto / iGaming / Banking industry Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Ideal for ambitious go-getters ready to turn performance into exceptional pay.
