Scientific Strategy Lead

BASIC PURPOSE: Serves as a cross functional and analytic leader, responsible for driving operational improvements, value creation, and business performance within the medical and scientific office and across the division. Acting as a central integrator across science, product, commercial, and operations functions, the position provides data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and execution leadership to shape differentiated solutions and accelerate organizational growth. Leads the development and application of analytics, metrics frameworks, and strategic initiatives to enhance decision-making, strengthen competitive positioning, and advance the organization’s scientific and operational capabilities. What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a science-related field, or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of experience in scientific or technical roles within the clinical trials or life sciences industry Deep knowledge of healthcare and/or clinical trial environments Advanced analytical reasoning and data interpretation skills Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence diverse, cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations Proven experience developing, launching, and measuring the success of strategic initiatives Executive presence with strong presentation and storytelling capabilities Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple competing priorities effectively Positive, collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement Ability to work in the United States in a remote or hybrid environment.
