Pour cela on va t'apprendre à : Elaborer une stratégie en utilisant des mesures et indicateurs clés de performance adaptés Etablir des relations de confiance avec les clients et renforcer les liens Mieux engager pour réduire le churn Développer des plans de succès personnalisés, et gérer les risques pour assurer le succès et la fidélisation des clients. Maîtriser l'exploitation des données clients pour orienter les stratégies de Customer Success Améliorer l'expérience client en cartographiant le parcours client, en mettant en œuvre des améliorations basées sur les retours des clients. Maîtriser les techniques d'upsell et de cross sell en identifiant les opportunités au sein de la base de clients Développer des compétences avancées en collaboration et travail d'équipe Définir des objectifs SMART alignés sur les objectifs de l'entreprise, et développer des initiatives à long terme pour assurer la réussite continue des clients Gérer efficacement les défis liés aux clients, y compris la gestion des attentes, la résolution de conflits et de problèmes Ce qu'on cherche : Tu aimes le contact avec les autres ? 🤝 Tu as au moins 1 à 2 années d'expérience dans le métier de la relation client (CSM/CC/AM) et souhaite évoluer ? Esprit analytique et stratégique, tu aime mettre en place de nouvelles solutions ? Autonome, tu as soif d'apprendre et découvrir de nouveaux outils ? Tu aimes les nouveaux défis et est prêt.e à te former !
