Position: AI-Driven Recruiting Coordinator — Hybrid (Remote M/F) Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Hybrid Schedule (Remote Monday & Friday, working in office Tuesday - Thursday). Education Required:Bachelors preferred. We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and AI-curious Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is excited about how emerging technologies - including AI - can improve recruiting operations, coordination, and communication. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. You'llalso have the opportunity to explore and adopt new tools and AI-enabled solutions that help streamline processes and enhance efficiency across Talent Acquisition. What You’ll Do Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and attention to detail Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, scheduling changes, and process coordination, including offer letters Maintain accurate candidate and interview data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvements Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting events Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimisation Stay curious about emerging recruiting technologies and contribute ideas that enhance team effectiveness and candidate experience What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfort learning new systems, technologies, and digital tools Interest in AI, automation, and innovative ways of working within Talent Acquisition Experience supporting recruiting, HR, scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administrative functions preferred Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, calendar management, and virtual meeting platforms is a plus What AI-Curious Means to Us You don’t need to be an AI expert or technical specialist.
