Multi-state Commercial Title Examiner (Remote)

- Conduct thorough and accurate commercial title examinations for properties in multiple states.
- Research and analyze legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and maps, to determine the property's history and ownership.
- Verify and review public records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of title information.
- Identify and resolve any potential title issues or defects.
- Communicate with underwriters and clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
- Prepare and review title commitments, title reports, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of title examinations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations related to commercial title examinations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work independently and remotely, effectively managing time and workload to meet deadlines.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
