Job description: Senior PPC Manager (Remote) – Drive Results for Multiple Agency Clients If you’ve spent years inside a digital-marketing agency managing high-performing campaigns for e-commerce and lead-gen clients, thrive on analytics, and love turning insights into outcomes, this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to for execution excellence: building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that make a real impact for clients. What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
  • Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.)
  • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams
  • Present performance updates and recommendations to clients

Non-Negotiables

  • 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency (required)
  • Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy
  • Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re fluent in data
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients
  • Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, strategic ad copy across platforms

Additional Requirement / Evaluation Focus We’d like to prioritize candidates who are strong writers, as ad copy quality is a key part of the evaluation process. What we’re ultimately looking for are PPC Managers who can demonstrate high-quality, strategic Facebook and Google ad copy within a complete ad set—reflecting strong campaign thinking and a clear understanding of how effective ad copy is structured and executed. Remote-Work Expectations We’re remote-first, but not hands-off. You should have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to manage your own time. Communicate proactively, stay accountable, and adapt quickly when challenges arise.   • Paid Media: 4 years (Required)
  • Agency: 3 years (Required)
  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
