Real Estate VA Transaction Coordinator

WE’RE HIRING: REAL ESTATE VA – TRANSACTION COORDINATOR (REMOTE) Are you an experienced Transaction Coordinator who knows how to keep deals moving and details tight? We’re looking for a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant to support a buyer-focused real estate team. • Manage transactions from contract to closing
• Run comps & prepare CMAs
• Create and manage MLS searches (NJMLS, GSMLS, Hudson MLS)
• Keep files organized, complete, and compliant
• Use KW Command for CRM, tasks, and drip campaigns
• Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
• Help build and improve SOPs
• Support a fast-moving, buyer-heavy pipeline

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Transaction Coordination experience (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of NJMLS, GSMLS & Hudson MLS
• Experience running comps & MLS searches
• Proficiency in KW Command (emails + drip campaigns)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Strong communicator who takes initiative
• Able to work independently and keep things moving

• You take ownership—provide updates without being asked
• You work in real-time with the agent (quick daily check-ins)
• You’re comfortable in a growing, evolving environment
• You move with urgency and accuracy

📌 Important Notes:

• Work starts at 9:00 AM EST (non-negotiable)
• Initial workload may be lighter (as low as 2 hours/day)
• Hours will increase as transactions ramp up
