About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from entrepreneurs and managers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable arenaflex products. You'll convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex Small Business Services. You'll also continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from entrepreneurs and managers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable arenaflex products

  • Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex Small Business Services
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by responding to account inquiries in a prompt, organized, and customer-centric environment
  • Document essential account information in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Uphold integrity by complying with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales and service practices

Requirements:

* 2+ years of customer support experience, with a focus on building customer loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven success in a customer care and sales environment (2+ years)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate online systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
