Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Champion, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our pet owners, ensuring their experience with arenaflex is delightful and memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing product and service inquiries.
  • Proactively identifying solutions to anticipate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support and navigating our website.
  • Taking ownership of every issue, resolving it from start to finish, and providing a best-in-class service experience.
  • Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to create a delightful experience, going beyond just solving a single problem.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience or veterinary care experience.
  • Availability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:

+ Broadband internet connection with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. + Private and distraction-free home environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Experience working virtually.
  • Experience in veterinary/pet care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
  • Animal lover - a plus, but not required!
