Experienced Customer Support Associate – WhatsApp API Solutions

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive timely, helpful, and high-quality support. You'll work closely with users to resolve their queries, guide them through features, and help them get the most out of our platform. Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and helpful support.

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features, providing personalized guidance and support to ensure they get the most out of our platform.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, working closely with our development team to resolve technical issues and improve our platform.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and helpful customer discussions, ensuring that our team has access to valuable insights and feedback.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities, keeping them up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved, providing a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, helping us to refine our platform and improve our services.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Support or similar CS role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • English Proficiency – Excellent communication in verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment is required, with a strong understanding of how CRM systems work and the ability to navigate help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience when handling complex queries and challenges.
  • Flexible to work on a shift schedule including night shifts and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
