Training Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST (through October 31, 2025)

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST (final shift assigned before training ends)

Pay Rate:

$17.00/hr.

Location:

Remote – Must reside within 25 miles or a 45-minute commute of Nashville, TN 37214

Equipment Provided:

All necessary equipment, including laptop, monitor, headset, cables, mouse, and keyboard

What You'll Do

As a Remote HR & Benefits Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Resolving HR and benefits-related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Applying and explaining policies, tracking and following up on transactions
  • Escalating recurring issues to Technical Analysts and Team Managers
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data privacy regulations
  • Remaining flexible during high-volume periods and completing all required training

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of call center or benefits-related experience
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A reliable, quiet home workspace that passes inspection
  • A commitment to full attendance during training
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Internet speed: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / Ping ≤ 175
  • Must be hardwired to a router (Wi-Fi, 5G, or hotspots not permitted)
  • Speed test screenshot from Google Fiber Speed Test required
  • Visual inspection of workspace prior to start
