Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients to understand their goals and needs.
  • Introduce professional development programs aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct consultative conversations and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Maintain professional client relationships and ongoing communication.
  • Support positive client outcomes through consistent follow-up and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, client advisory, coaching, or professional services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools is a plus.
  • Interest in personal and professional development.
