About the role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in developing a scalable CS playbook and framework that supports our customers in the DACH region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, maintaining, and owning strong relationships with a book of 40-50 enterprise clients in the Brazil region.
  • Partnering with the CS team to drive long-term adoption of multiple products.
  • Monitoring customer usage and adoption of our products to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion.
  • Owning expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business – this is a commercial role.
  • Owning your customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contributing to CS OKR goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-7 years of previous experience in Customer Success in a fast-paced, SaaS organization.
  • Experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers with technical, mission-critical products (such as conversational AI).
  • Commercial experience – you'll own renewals and expansion for your book of business, driving towards best-in-class NRR results.
  • A strong builder mindset with a relentless focus on customer excellence and scalable product solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish, nurture, and maintain relationships across all levels of customer organizations, including complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address diverse customer challenges and drive optimal outcomes.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
