About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. Your primary responsibility will be to study, resolve, and correct records to ensure that our enrollment package records align with the Aetna enrollment package records, providing a foundation for truth and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Study and resolve issues related to eligibility records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and achieve green resolutions
- Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor and track records, identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors
- Utilize shared mailboxes and work queues to manage tasks and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Provide excellent verbal, trouble-shooting, and written communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, records analysis, and healthcare industry experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on data entry, records analysis, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry experience, with a focus on data entry, records analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with shared mailboxes and work queues
- Strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy principles
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
