Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field + 2+ years of experience as a technical support engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role + Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, application development, and security + Experience with containerization technologies, such as Kubernetes + Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmentalized Data (TS/SCI) Exceptional status + Experience with API management, microservices architecture, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks + Knowledge of application security designs, including web application security, service mesh, and mobile security techniques + Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the GCP/IT space

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying business and technical requirements, leading full technical discovery, and designing client solutions to meet assembled needs
  • Leading technical projects, technology support, and project management, including bid responses, product and service briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources
  • Delivering product messaging for the GCP platform through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
  • Driving recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance GCP platform effectiveness
  • Attending client sites, meetings, and other events as required
