Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. If you're empathetic, patient, and solution-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively
  • Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide timely and effective communication to customers through various channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's products and services

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare industry experience

  • Post-secondary education (e.g., associate's or bachelor's degree)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Work Schedule

* Full-time, up to 40 hours/week

  • Mandatory one weekend day per week
  • Hours: 12 PM - 11 PM EST (8-hours shift)
