Job Description

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your primary duties will include:

Customer Service and Claim Intake:

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collect and document claim details in a timely and accurate manner.

Positive Customer Service:

Provide empathetic and supportive responses to customers during the claim process, ensuring a positive experience.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Punctuality and Reliability:

Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support.

Required Skills and Abilities

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner.

Bi-lingual in Spanish:

Preferred but not required

Computer Skills:

Basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing at least 40wpm.

Network Requirements:

A private network connection, with a Speed Test run from the computer used for work (www.speedtest.net).

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED:

Required

1-2 years of quality assurance experience:

Preferred
