As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their concerns, and providing a positive experience that exceeds their expectations.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining good customer relations through courteous and empathetic communication
  • Gathering information to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Confirming and rescheduling services as needed
  • Setting sales appointments for new customers
  • Answering billing questions and completing general clerical duties
  • Working collaboratively with our Service and Sales teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly articulate information
  • Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a willingness to help other team members
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
