- Starbucks store manager experience (2 years) or 5 years of progressively responsible experience including 2 years of retail operations management and 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment.
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
- Strong knowledge of retail store operations, processes, and procedures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.
- Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures, or methods.
