About the Role:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling enrollment, benefits, and claims calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing strong relationships with customers through active listening and effective communication
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in training programs and continuous learning modules to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets for related KPIs

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • HIPAA knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
  • Medical or medical insurance background is a plus
  • Call center experience handling healthcare accounts is highly desirable
