Position Overview We are hiring remote proprietary traders to trade equities and options from anywhere using firm capital. You will develop and execute your own trading strategies while working from your own location with full access to professional platforms, coaching, and a community of experienced traders. Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Remote) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading
• Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics
• Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
• Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection
• Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus

Position Details

• Independent contractor role (1099) with performance-based incentives
• Profit-sharing structure with splits increasing from 65% up to 90%
• Starting capital allocation of up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+
• Fully remote work with flexible hours tailored to your schedule
