What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and transferring inbound and outbound calls during business hours, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Providing support to other departments and mail services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Processing customer service requests, payments, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Tracking and reporting insurance-related activities, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met
  • Assisting with early-stage collections duties, working closely with customers to resolve issues and find solutions

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using software applications to manage customer interactions and data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

If you have:

  • At least 5 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or social science, with a strong foundation in customer service and relations
  • Knowledge of the Equipment Loan/Leasing Finance industry, with experience working with customers in this sector
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, with experience using the platform to manage customer interactions and data
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish
