Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Access to a reliable device for internet, social media, and website chat functionality (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).

  • Ability to work independently, following instructions and guidelines diligently.
  • Available to work 5 to 40 hours per week with a stable internet connection.
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
