The Role
As a Work From Home Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, leaving them feeling valued, heard, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Identify and escalate any customer complaints or concerns to ensure that they're addressed promptly and effectively

Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
