Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality code. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide timely feedback to team members. Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in GoLang and related technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Mentor and coach junior team members on GoLang best practices and coding standards. Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process and technology enhancements. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure integration and compatibility of systems. Continuously learn and improve skills to stay current with emerging technologies and tools. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and company policies.
