Job Summary

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through live chat on various websites and social media accounts. You'll engage with customers, address their queries, and deliver exceptional support that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support queries through live chat on various websites and social media accounts

  • Address support inquiries from existing customers and respond to sales questions from potential new customers
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work independently, closely following provided instructions and guidelines
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Utilize a reliable internet connection to access social media and website chat functions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and proficiency in using a computer and internet-based applications
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
