Key Responsibilities

  • * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using company CRM systems.
  • * Provide accurate and consistent information about products, services, and company policies.

  • * Continuously meet performance metrics and quality standards established by the company.
  • * Follow all company protocols and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus).
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

  • Working Hours
  • * This is a night shift position, with hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (local time), Sunday through Thursday.
