What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their issues and provide exceptional service. Your day will be filled with:

• Answering incoming communications from customers
• Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Reliable internet connection (15 Mbps or higher) and a hardwired direct connection to your home router (recommended)
• A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for video calls
• A smartphone or other device running iOS or Android for daily log-in

Work Environment

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to create your own schedule and work environment. Our team is distributed across the USA, with 40 preferred residency states. While we're not currently hiring from Alaska, California, Hawaii, or outside the United States, residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. may be considered based on special business need.
