Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input a wide variety of data (numerical, textual, and alphanumerical) into designated software platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Verify information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company data in compliance with privacy policies.
  • Communicate with internal team members and, when required, with external clients via email to clarify data points or resolve inconsistencies.
  • Perform basic quality‑control checks, flagging any anomalies for review.
  • Adhere to daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy rates (minimum 98% error‑free).

Essential Qualifications

  • U.S. residency with the legal right to work remotely for a U.S.‑based employer.
