The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing new support processes to collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission to revolutionize customer support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Design and implement new support processes and tools to enhance the customer experience
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support customers and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices

What You'll Need to Succeed

* At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in form control tools, such as GitHub, and experience with Gradle, Java, and Spring Boot
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and its benefits
  • Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and Debian/Ubuntu
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for visibility tooling and best practices

Nice to Have

* Experience with GRPC, including handling service-to-service IPC calls and GRPC situations with

  • Experience with building dashboards and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with perceptibility tooling and best practices
  • Experience with supporting framework automation and involvement in Zendesk or other tagging frameworks
