Job Summary

As a Fully Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals. You will be the face of our organization, providing top-notch customer service and support while working in a dynamic, 24/7 contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.

  • Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts.
  • Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work a 2nd shift schedule, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.

  • Knowledge of financial products and services, with a strong understanding of banking and credit concepts.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50, with eligibility requirements applying to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
