Job Summary

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-touch customers, resolving service problems, and working collaboratively with other teams to champion client needs. Key Responsibilities

* Remotely manage a portfolio of high-touch customers by serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone calls, emails, and a real-time chat feature

  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to champion questions and feedback on behalf of arenaflex
  • Ensure that clients have an amazing experience with arenaflex
  • Recommend potential growth strategies by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Serve the internal operations team by communicating with clients directly on their behalf
  • Communicate information to the property management groups regarding the services being provided each day

Requirements

* Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Quality Focused: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Detailed Documentation: Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Phone Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
