Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST

Language Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Manage dispatch calls and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, including client information, payments, and confidential information
  • Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the roofing or construction industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with dispatch software and systems
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity
