Job Summary:

As an Experienced Full Stack Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining global processes and systems that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You'll lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain global processes and systems that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives that deliver tangible results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure process performance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management and process improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as operations management, business administration, or engineering

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and implementing process improvements that deliver tangible results
  • Strong understanding of global operations, including process design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for change

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field, such as operations management, business administration, or engineering

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications
  • Experience with Cargowise or similar global shipping systems
  • Lithe, PMP, or similar project management certifications
  • Proven experience in change management and project management

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for change

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of global operations, including process design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop project plans
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
