Financial Analyst Contractor

LCG Advisors is seeking a remote Financial Analyst contractor within the Small Business Services division. This division writes business plans and feasibility studies for companies obtaining SBA Loans. Primary Responsibilities: Begin in the Market & Competitive Research division to learn about various markets within the business sector Analyze industry market growth and competitive advantages across different business industries Conduct SWOT analyses on various firms Gather data using multiple informational sources to meet specific project objectives Evaluate data to identify trends, discrepancies, or other industry-specific business issues Transition to the Finance division to gain practical experience analyzing financial records and working with clients Participate in research initiatives and collaborative analytical projects Work alongside a mentor when learning new responsibilities Partner with senior Quality Control team members when additional guidance or education is needed Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience not required Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Ability to recognize variables and utilize various tools to collect data Ability to operate through frequent interruptions and priority changes Ability to meet deadlines Technologically proficient with the ability to interact virtually Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to work in a professional office or virtual environment Compensation: $250 per completed project Currently, LCG Advisors does not intend to hire candidates who will need, now or in the future, LCG sponsorship through any non-immigrant visa category such as the H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, or TN.
