About the Role:

As an Inventory & Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system. Working on a weekend night shift, you'll be responsible for processing orders, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks with precision and speed. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to effectively research and correct transaction errors, handle domestic and international shipping documents, and collaborate with the team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process orders and maintain inventory into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents
• Collaborate with the team to achieve inventory management goals

What You Need to Succeed at arenaflex:

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to speak, read (fine print), and write in English
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial for this role:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:
